Rahatkom Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rahatkom apps and website (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Rahatkom is

Rahatkom is a technology platform that connects customers with independent stores, restaurants and delivery partners. Rahatkom facilitates ordering, payment and delivery but is not the manufacturer, seller or preparer of the items you order. The store or restaurant is responsible for the items it provides.

3. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use the Service.

4. Orders, pricing & payment

• Prices, availability and delivery fees are shown in the app before you confirm an order.
• Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a store may accept or decline it.
• You agree to pay the total shown at checkout, by cash on delivery or a supported digital payment method.
• Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the store's policy and applicable law; contact support if there is a problem with your order.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary with demand, traffic and weather. Please make sure the delivery address and contact details are correct so your order can reach you.

6. Stores & delivery partners

Stores and delivery partners use the Rahatkom Partner and Delivery apps under separate partner terms. They are independent businesses responsible for their own items, service and conduct, and for any applicable licences and taxes.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation or attempt to access it in an unauthorised way.
• Do not use Rahatkom for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.
• Do not submit false, offensive or infringing content in reviews, chat or profiles.

8. Intellectual property

The Rahatkom name, logo, apps and content are owned by Rahatkom or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without permission.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rahatkom is not liable for the quality of items provided by stores, and our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or that we reasonably believe is being used for fraud or abuse. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see the Account & Data Deletion page).

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
